About Me!

My name is Quinn Healey, and I am a first-year B.F.A. Stage Management student at the University of Southern California. I've also declared a minor in Web Development and hope to begin an M.S. in Music Industry during my undergraduate studies through USC's Progressive Degree Program.

Throughout high school, I interned at the (now-defunct) Ritz Theater and Performing Arts Center, a performing arts center and events space housed in a former Vaudeville theater. Through this internship, I gained experience in several areas of technical theater and initially found an interest in lighting design. The summer before my junior year, we were searching for a resident stage manager and were unsure we would find someone before the start of the season in September. I asked my mentors if I could try stage managing a show, and they went out on a limb and gave me a chance. I taught myself how to make paperwork and calling scripts from our former resident stage manager's materials; the rest was history. I fell in love with stage management and never looked back.
